They must be comfortable with and committed to ongoing experimentation.” Progressive, creative leaders are replacing grand strategies and yearly planning cycles with iterative, agile approaches. While ill-considered decisions must be avoided, and many CEOs still feel data engorged but insight starved, it is vital to feel comfortable acting decisively on partial information.
